I bought specimens from Willard at mineral shows on the west coast in the 1970's and 80's. One of his early labeling approaches for larger specimens (yes he sold larger specimens too) was to mount a paper label on triangular shaped wood backing blocks so the the label would stand up in front of the specimen when he was selling it.
